City Elections

City elections for Mayor and Councilmembers are held the Tuesday after the first Monday of November in even-numbered years. The Mayor's term is four years; Councilmembers' terms are also four years. Councilmembers are elected "at-large."

Other Elections

Elections for other county, state, and federal elections are also held the Tuesday after the first Monday of November.

Application deadline: You can apply for a ballot any time during the year, except the day of the election. Please make sure to leave adequate time for election officials to mail your ballot. You must return your ballot by Election Day.
